However, forecast models have been hinting at a disturbance in the Gulf by the middle to end of next week. This has been a trend over the last few days. There is no agreement on the strength or track of this feature, but it is something worth keeping an eye on through this weekend and as we begin next week. We are creeping closer to the peak of the season and more development is certainly expected.
